Christine began her career in the mortgage industry over sixteen years ago, working in many facets of the business on both private label and GSE backed assets for banks and servicers such as HSBC, Quantum Servicing, Mr. Cooper (fka Nationstar) and Selene Finance LP. Christine supported multiple departments in various roles including, but not limited to building and managing foreclosure, litigation, title and trial witness departments, building attorney networks, negotiating vendor contracts, supporting client relations and working side by side with compliance on any legal matters involving federal and state regulatory compliance and governmental investigations. Christine was instrumental in recognizing and recommending internal controls and operational improvements that included the implementation of Blacknight at Quantum Servicing and Legal Tracker for the Corporate and Litigation Departments at Selene Finance. She was also instrumental in managing hundreds of loan servicing litigation matters nationwide, negotiating multiple matters in house saving well over two-hundred thousand annually in legal costs and expenses.
Christine joined AHP Servicing LLC in August 2021 and served as General Counsel overseeing the AHP corporate family providing transactional and strategic legal support. She was responsible for vendor management and oversight in addition to drafting and negotiating vendor agreements and client contracts. Christine oversaw and directly managed all litigation, both at the company level and loan level on mortgage loans serviced by AHP. She analyzed and tracked customer communications for trends in organizational performance. She also oversaw the licensing of all AHP entities and mortgage loan originators. She advised on legal and regulatory developments impacting business activities as well as employment-related matters. Christine worked closely with all departments at AHP to identify, mitigate and prevent risk to the Company and its clients.
Christine departed AHP Servicing in March, 2023 and is currently self-employed, handling various family law, probate and litigation matters.
